Stephen is an experienced acupuncturist with a reputation for integrity and pain-free needling. He has been in practice since 1997 and has had a massage practice since 1995.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture has stood the test of time. There is nothing that cannot be diagnosed by Chinese Medicine. And in most cases, either a total cure or a significant improvement in symptoms is possible.

Massage & Acupressure

Massage is wonderful for simply relieving stress, or for working with particular musculo-skeletal problems.

Stephen uses a combination of Swedish Massage, Acupressure and Isolated Stretching to ease out your body and get you moving again without pain.

Isolated Stretching

Isolated Stretching is a series of short stretches that target specific muscle groups in the body. Excellent for stiff joints or improving mobility.
